This site is normally accessible to users at all times. Interruptions due to technical maintenance may, however, be initiated by, in which case the latter will endeavour to inform users in advance of the date and time of the interruption.

The website aims to provide information on all of the company’s business. All information on the website is given as a guide and is subject to change. Furthermore, the information on the website is not exhaustive. It is subject to changes made after the information is posted online.

The website cannot be held responsible for material damage related to the use of the site. In addition, site users agree to access the website using recent equipment, free from viruses and with a recent up-to-date browser.

5. Intellectual property and counterfeiting

Malfroy owns the intellectual property rights or user rights to all the items accessible on the site, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds and software.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of or to all or any part of the site, by whatever means or process, is prohibited without prior written consent from Maison Malfroy.

Any unauthorized use of the site or of any of its content will be deemed to constitute an infringement and liable to prosecution in accordance with Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.

6. Limitations of liability

Malfroy may not be held liable for direct and indirect damage to the user’s equipment when accessing the website and resulting from the use of equipment failing to meet the specifications of section 4 or from a bug or incompatibility.

In France, personal data is especially protected by Act 78-87 of 6 January 1978, Act 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.
